Hi beautiful people, I’m Jessica.
In December of 2018 I woke up on a concrete floor. There were about seven strangers gathered around me, and a pair of hands underneath my head cradling the back of my skull.
"Don't move," he said.
I remember crying and screaming out, not sure what had happened, not sure why everyone was looking at me like I was dead, not knowing why my friend was talking to a 9-1-1 dispatcher frantically.
How did I get here? I thought
The thing is, that wasn't the first time I had an "awakening"
I had my first "how did I get here?" thought after a serious car accident and upheaval in my personal relationships happened in 2017 that motivated me to drop everything and move cross-country from New York to California.
There was another one too in 2018 after finishing my yoga teacher training and getting into another accident, which inspired me to launch my business.
What was the common thread between those 3 "awakenings"?
Time and time again I was living in my mind, only.
I had been ignoring my intuition, ignoring my inner purpose, suppressing my voice and living inauthentically.
Time and time again I was making decisions from my logical brain and not from my heart.
I believe wholeheartedly that when you are out of alignment, the Universe will do EVERYTHING and ANYTHING to throw you back on your path.
And I’m so thankful she did so for me.
Today, I work as a Spiritual Women’s Empowerment Coach holding and empowering women through life changes and transitions using coaching, tarot, astrology, yoga and embodiment.
When I’m not coaching or creating for The Wild Woman, I work as a Mentor and Instructor at the Psychospiritual Institute and a Spiritual Life Coach for Fit for Life.
I believe that authenticity + vulnerability = strength, and that it’s our dharmic duty to become the fullest, most authentic version of ourselves to ask spirit to move through Self cultivating change in our ever-evolving world.
I believe All of the answers we seek in the world lie within our heart and intuition.
Our intuition is a GPS system or map in navigating our world, and encourage my clients to connect to their own inner-knowing for decision making from an empowered place.
I live and promote a multidimensional approach to healing, growth and transformation, and incorporate several modalities into my coaching such as psychosynthesis, Buddhist philosophy, the 8 Limbs of Yoga, The Chakra System, tarot, moon cycles, astrology as well as activating and balancing the inner masculine and feminine energies.
